Cubase problem - Any wizard out there pls help!

Hello there.
Since yesterday i have a weired problem with my cubase, so if any one know about htis please let me know it never happent to me b4.
1. when i choose a frequency in the Track eq (let say 120 HZ) i dial in 120 and when i press enter the frequency moves by itself to 121.6, if i dial in 800 it goes to 812.8 - any one knows why?
2. if i am trying to correct the pitch of the voice with Antares 4 just a silable and only a little bit i can hear it correct- when i press process the wave changes to a incredible noise.

please help... i uninstalled cubase and put it back... is the same.
this problem occured just yesterday

You don't need to dial in the freq. you can click on the number. and type it, instead.

yeah.. if i type it in... i meant... sorry...i type the number in 800 Hz i press enter and it goes to 812Hz.
