Cubase problem - Any wizard out there pls help!

Hello there.
Since yesterday i have a weired problem with my cubase, so if any one know about htis please let me know it never happent to me b4.
1. when i choose a frequency in the Track eq (let say 120 HZ) i dial in 120 and when i press enter the frequency moves by itself to 121.6, if i dial in 800 it goes to 812.8 - any one knows why?
2. if i am trying to correct the pitch of the voice with Antares 4 just a silable and only a little bit i can hear it correct- when i press process the wave changes to a incredible noise.

please help... i uninstalled cubase and put it back... is the same.
this problem occured just yesterday
