Hey from Sacramento. We're into high quality live sound and studio work. Of course in Sacramento high quality is having a fight with low pay and studio work is meeting the bedroom.

Busy with the small stuff. Fortunately there's enough of it. Yesterday I did a mid town Sacramento event for Cinco DM. Because of last year's giant sound system there were a dozen police with DB meters at a specified perimeter and I was introduced to the city's sound enforcement official a few times. Honestly I don't know why companies play at 100db and above for these smallish (less than 2500 people) festivals. We played somewhere in the mid 90's to maybe 100 and it was clean... Sensible may be the word!
